These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the Player) and King Casino (the Operator). By creating an account and using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age to create an account at King Casino, as required by PAGCOR regulations. You must be a legal resident of the Philippines or accessing the site from a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal. King Casino reserves the right to verify age and identity at any time.

2. Account Registration

One account per person. Duplicate accounts will be closed and all funds forfeited. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify King Casino immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account. All registration information must be accurate and complete. False information will result in account closure.

3. Deposits

Minimum deposit: ₱100 via GCash and Maya; ₱200 via VISA/Mastercard; ₱500 via bank transfer or cryptocurrency. All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your name. Third-party payments are not accepted.

4. Withdrawals

KYC identity verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed. Minimum withdrawal: ₱200. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits (AML requirement). Processing times: GCash 15 minutes to 1 hour; VISA/Mastercard 1–3 banking days; Bank transfer 1–3 banking days. King Casino reserves the right to request additional documents for large withdrawals.

5. Bonus Terms

6. Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited: multi-accounting; using automated betting software; fraud or money laundering; exploiting software errors or glitches; any form of collusion; VPN use to circumvent geographic restrictions. Violation results in immediate account suspension and potential reporting to relevant authorities.

8. Governing Law and Disputes

King Casino reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Players will be notified of material changes by email and in-account notification. Continued use of King Casino after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

King Casino is not liable for any consequential, incidental, or indirect loss arising from use of its services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the net losses you have incurred in the 30 days preceding the claim.
