As required by PAGCOR, we collect government-issued ID (passport, UMID, driver's license), proof of address, and selfie for liveness verification. This data is used solely for identity verification and AML compliance.

Payment Data

We record deposit and withdrawal transactions, GCash account details (for payment processing), and payment method information. We do not store full card numbers — payment processing uses PCI-DSS compliant third-party processors.

Technical Data
